Alamo Heights Christian Church Bazaar Fair Rules of Participation:
• All exhibitors who wish to participate must submit an application with payment
in full no later than
November 19, 2011. Checks are made out
to:
Barbara Perkins
and mailed to:
Barbara Perkins, 3149 Cameron River, Cibolo, TX 78108
• All exhibitors must register with on-site check in on December 3, 2011, by
8:00 a.m. to receive their booth
Locations and name badge. Your
badge allows entrance into the
Hospitality Room
located down the hall to the right of the sanctuary.
• All booths must be staffed by personnel at all times.
• If for any reason you must cancel your application, please notify Barbara
Perkins at (210) 995-4485. No refunds will be made after November 5, 2011.
We have NO! Rain date. The
show will go on.
Miscellaneous Rules:
• Signs may be used as desired within the booth space. Signs must be of an
appropriate nature.
Alamo Heights Christian Church Bazaar Chairperson reserves the right to remove
any signs determined to be unacceptable.
• Loud music or offensive exhibits are not permitted.
• Open flames are not permitted.
• Exhibitors are solely responsible for compliance with event policies, rules
and regulations.
Terms and Conditions of Participation:
Exhibitor shall identify and hold harmless Alamo Heights Christian Church, its
directors, officers,
employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any claims,
damages, liabilities, losses, fines, penalties, costs and expenses of any kind
or character, including reasonable attorney fees and related costs for any
claim, sanction, levy, or other similar dispute or liability arising out of or
relating in any way to exhibitors participation in the event or exhibitors
failure to adhere to the term and conditions of participation.
AHCC Chairperson reserves the right to cancel this event at any time prior to
the date of the event with refund of all amounts paid by participants to Alamo
Heights Christian Church for booth fees. Otherwise,
all payments are non-refundable.
Product/Service exclusivity is not available through this reservation.
Exhibitor is solely responsible for all sales, warranties, etc.
This contract confers no rights of any kind to any event related trademarks.
The relationship between AHCC and the exhibitor shall remain solely that of an
independent contractor and shall not be deemed a partnership, joint venture, and
principal-agent or employer-employee relationship for any purposes. The laws of
the state of Texas shall govern this contract.
The signer of this agreement on behalf of Exhibitor hereby represents and
warrants the he or she has full authority to execute this agreement on behalf of
Exhibitor and hereby binds Exhibitor to the terms hereof. Exhibitors are at all
times bound by these Terms and Conditions of Participation, as well, all other
event rules and regulations.
