ALAMO HEIGHTS CHRISTIAN CHURCH

We are proud to announce the 1st Annual Bazaar at Alamo Heights Christian Church on Saturday, November 6, 2010.

Check-in Process will be outside the church at the street level. Enclosed/Attached is the Application and rules and regulations for entry. All entries must be returned no later than October 15, 2010. Any entries after this date will be on space available only. There will be Inside booths and Outside booths and electricity is available as requested. Each vendor will be responsible for their own extension cords and surge bars. There will be AHCC "Fairies" for you to request relief from your booth for a 30 minute lunch break. Grandma Sarah’s Country Kitchen will be open in Kirtley for you convenience. We will also be offering each booth a sack lunch that can be ordered that morning and will be delivered to your booth at 12:00 PM by our "Fairies".

Set up time will be at 7:00 AM and the show will run from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM. Confirmations will be emailed and/or mailed to you by October 20th. A copy of the flyer used to advertise the bazaar is attached/enclosed. Please feel free to copy and hand out to your neighbors and friends or to anyone you may feel is interested in being a vendor.
